AQUA HAND CAR WASH TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
The following sets forth the terms and conditions under which AQUA Hand Car Wash Pty Ltd will perform services on your vehicle.
1. Best Efforts Basis: Our services are provided on a best efforts basis – we shall not be held responsible in the event that we are unable to clean, remove stains, or otherwise restore any surface, fabric, or condition on your vehicle. All services listed in our marketing material are for reference only and do not necessarily represent a guarantee that the service was performed depending upon the condition of your vehicle.
2. Incidental Damage: We are not responsible for any incidental damage that may occur while your vehicle is in our possession, including but not limited to any damage related to pre-existing conditions. Tears, scratches, dents, stains, etc. may be aggravated. Damage to automated or electronically controlled mirrors, roof racks, wiper blades, rear window wipers, loose items or fittings, pre-existing chipped/cracked windshields, wheel rims, antennas, insignias, and any aftermarket accessories or alloy, chrome or mag wheels, headlight covers, reflectors etc. are the owner’s responsibility. We are not liable for any damage or theft that may occur in the course of providing our service, so long as the damage did not involve a prior condition.
3. Additional Charges: In the course of rendering services to your vehicle, we may uncover conditions that require additional effort or time, and therefore you may incur additional costs to properly complete your vehicle service. While we will make every effort to contact you in advance before continuing the services, in the event we are unable to contact you (for any reason out of our control), we reserve the right to charge the required rate to complete the service.
4. Possessions Left in Vehicle: Our policy is to gather all of the vehicle’s visible belongings that are left in the vehicle and place them into the boot/trunk of the car before the interior detailing is commenced. Our staff is trained to remove loose change found in the car while cleaning and placing it at the dashboard/console to facilitate cleaning. We are not responsible for any valuables left or lost or otherwise disposed of in the course of cleaning your vehicle. We strongly recommend that each customer remove any belongings they consider to be of value before leaving the vehicle with us.
5. Engine Damage Disclaimer: Certain detailing services require cleaning of the engine compartment and components (under the engine bonnet). AQUA Hand Car Wash is not responsible for any damage resulting from this service, temporary or otherwise, that may arise from water interfering with engine functions.
6. Wet Sanding / Cut Polish: Certain detailing services include wet sanding or cut polish to remove surface scratches in the vehicle’s clear coat finish. AQUA Hand Car Wash is not responsible for any damage that may result to the painted surface should the sanding process penetrate the clear coat and damage the paint finish.
7. Limit of Liability: AQUA Hand Car Wash’s entire liability for providing services is limited to the invoice amount for the service we provide, except for any damages that result from collision that may take place while the vehicle is in our possession.
8. Coupons & Gift Certificates: AQUA Hand Car Wash will only honour coupons and gift card certificates that are presented prior to performing services.
AQUA HAND CAR WASH VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- This voucher is valid until Six months from the date of issuance, and can be redeemed at AQUA HAND CAR WASH in Adelaide
- This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only
- This voucher is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion
- Club Apparel points and loyalty Card Stamp cannot be availed or redeemed while using this voucher
- Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed
- The management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable
- We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances
- Vouchers cannot be clubbed and used for single transaction
- This voucher cannot be redeemed in order to purchase gift cards
- Not applicable for online Purchase
AQUA HAND CAR WASH UNLIMITED WASH TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Aqua Hand Car Wash Unlimited Wash club membership is for personal use only and commercial vehicles, taxis and limos are prohibited from joining.
Aqua Hand Car Wash unlimited wash club membership allows unlimited washes for each registered vehicle every month. This membership is renewed on monthly basis from the date of start. The membership is limited to one wash per day per vehicle.
Aqua Hand Car Wash unlimited wash club membership cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4wd’s and larger vehicle will incur an extra charge of $20.00 every month on top of the membership fee.
Extra dirty charge also applies to Aqua Hand Car Wash Unlimited wash club.
Aqua Hand Car Wash Unlimited Wash Club membership will be automatically deactivated if we are not able to charge your given credit/debit card.
The Aqua Hand Car Wash unlimited wash club members must notify Aqua Hand Car Wash for any change of vehicle, credit/debit card details and email address.
Aqua Hand Car Wash Unlimited Wash Club membership can be cancelled by giving a written request by email, or by Visiting Aqua Hand Car Wash 14 days prior to the next billing date.
Aqua Hand Car Wash is not liable for any refund for the unused portion of the plan due to early cancelation.
Aqua Hand Car Wash reserves the right to close store and change or shorten hours of operation at its sole discretion.
In the event of change of pricing and terms and conditions, new information will be uploaded on our website and will be available in store. New pricing will imply on all new memberships and existing members will be noticed for the change and charged with from next billing date.
